Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@toothgemsupplies.com before sending your return.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used hygiene and consumable products (including adhesives, etching gel, and composites).
• Damaged or used items.
• Custom or personalized products.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label and all associated return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the return may be rejected or a refund may be reduced where permitted by applicable law. If a rejected return is to be shipped back to you, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
