All Beginner and Pro Starter Kits are individually assembled and personalized on request. For this reason, please allow up to 1 additional week of processing time before your kit is shipped.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs delays.

For shipments outside the EU, taxes or customs duties may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid directly to your local authorities. Exception: for shipments to the United States, duties are prepaid.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace orders lost due to incorrect address information.
Return Policy

For unopened items

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

For hygiene-sensitive items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products, adhesives, tools that were used, and all loose gems cannot be returned or exchanged.
