Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, once products are shipped, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are possible unless the item is defective or damaged.

• In the case of defective or damaged products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we will send a replacement.
