Purchase Options

• All products are sold directly through our online store.

• Prices are displayed in EUR and may also be shown in other currencies for convenience.

• Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods offered at checkout.

• Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders are charged immediately and shipped once the product becomes available. Express shipping only speeds up the delivery after dispatch and does not shorten the processing time for pre-order items.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened, used, damaged, and hygiene-related products cannot be returned or exchanged where permitted by applicable law. EU customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal. International orders (outside the EU) are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• In the case of defective or damaged products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we will send a replacement.
